Added to 5.0 CP01 release notes as resolved.

JBRULES-2280

Localisation support for Japanese and Chinese has been added to the BRMS Web User Interface.

CR2 will be the 5.0.1 release version.  This will be fixed in the next release (either 5.0.2 or 5.1).
