Import a repository exported from BRMS 5.0.x, open any Test scenario included in the exported repo and run it. 'Show rules fired' shows up, that does nothing and doesn't show up in Test scenarios created in BRMS 5.1.0.ER1.

Can also be reproduced using Test scenarios in the sample mortgage package.

Attaching the samples repository (containing the mortgages package) installed and exported with BRMS 5.1.0.ER1.

This was just not for old repositories. The button was always broken.

Well AFAIR the button worked back in 5.0.x. In 5.1.x it was just missing in the newly created scenarios and it was present in scenarios imported from 5.0 into 5.1 but it didn't work. In any case it works fine again in 5.1.0.ER3.
