Link: Added: This issue depends GUVNOR-351 This issue was not present in BRMS 5.0.2 Len to check in ER3. Jiri confirms this bug is present in ER4 Affects Testing: Added: [Regression] Link: Added: This issue depends GUVNOR-1113 Link: Removed: This issue depends GUVNOR-351 Link: Added: This issue related GUVNOR-351 shows that you can indeed assign variable constraints on these fields now. Attachment: Added: Screen shot 2010-12-06 at 9.46.46 AM.png Done The problem is not to bind a variable to a field of basic type, but to set such field's value to the bound variable. BoundVariablePresent.png shows that 'Bound Variable' button is available if using non-basic types. MissingBoundVariable.png shows that the button is missing when using basic types. This is inconsistent behaviour. BoundVariableWorkarounds.png shows that there are two other ways to create the rule with intended condition. Attachment: Added: MissingBoundVariable.png Attachment: Added: BoundVariableWorkarounds.png Attachment: Added: BoundVariablePresent.png Sorry about the confusion. Fixed now (uploading screenshots of fix as well). Attachment: Added: Screen shot 2010-12-07 at 8.18.11 PM.png Attachment: Added: Screen shot 2010-12-07 at 8.18.01 PM.png Done |
