Description Jiri Locker 2010-09-15 14:38:17 UTC
securitylevel_name: Public

Create a new Web decision table business rule using the guided editor. Define a conditon (or action) clumn and try to validate the asset. You get com.google.gwt.user.client.rpc.SerializationException: Invalid type signature for org.drools.ide.common.client.modeldriven.dt.ConditionCol error message.

Jiri, I can reproduce the issue and it is very strange. I cannot reproduce this in trunk.
From the exception it looks as the client side is just not in sync with the server side and wanted to ask you when ER1 was build, were the gwt pages recompiled as well ? It looks as there is an issue on how ER1 was created.

Comment 4 Tihomir Surdilovic 2010-09-23 22:41:19 UTC
Jiri, there is something going on with the ER1 build. When I build the code from the BRMS 5.1 branch I am not getting this exception. I am worried that more than just this bug you found are affected by this.

Comment 7 Ryan Zhang 2010-10-10 08:44:36 UTC
Tihomir, Jiri, yes, I have also confirmed only the ER1 have this bug. The root cause is we didn't pick up the latest version for some obsolete reason in the branch.
So the problem will be in ER2.

Comment 8 Ryan Zhang 2010-10-11 11:35:15 UTC
It shall be fixed in 5.10.ER2

Comment 9 Jiri Locker 2010-10-13 14:00:05 UTC
Verified in ER2.
