Update to the Drools User Guide needed: how to fetch a resource in a Drools ChangeSet out of BRMS 5.1. (Which now requires users to be authenticated over HTTP.)

Basically, the following doc needs updates:

The XML needs to mention the attributes basicAuthentication, username and password on <resource /> tag.

Also, one of the consequences of the newly introduced HTTP authentication is that 5.0 agents won't be able to grab resources from Guvnor 5.1.
