Another customer is effected by this on IE 8:

https://c.na7.visual.force.com/apex/Case_View?id=500A0000007rhSC

I'm not sure why this bug is filed for 5.0.2, both linked support cases are for 5.1.0

Also bug 727694 seems to suggest working sets do work at all for 5.1.

Comment 7 Alessandro Lazarotti 2011-08-24 13:58:05 UTC
Jason, it is probably a bug when was migrated from Jira to BZ. The original issue tracker has:

"Affects Version/s: 5.0.2, 5.1.0 GA, BRMS 5.2.0.GA"
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/BRMS-540

I am not sure if it was reported to someone. I will check.

Comment 8 Alessandro Lazarotti 2011-08-24 14:56:46 UTC

Comment 11 Rick Wagner 2011-08-25 18:01:41 UTC
Re-set suggested release to BRMS5.3, reset 3 ack flags to reposition for next round.

Comment 12 Jason Shepherd 2011-08-25 22:00:49 UTC
I found that this works in OK in BRMS-5.2.0.ER3, using IE 8.
I suggest that we remove BRMS 5.2 from the affects list.

Comment 13 Alessandro Lazarotti 2011-10-10 22:14:29 UTC
Jason, this issue case is only about IE 6 and 7. I am not sure using IE 8.

Comment 14 Jervis Liu 2011-11-23 08:48:57 UTC
Has been fixed on 5.3.x branch. Verified with IE7.

    New Contents:
When logged in to the BRMS user interface and attempting to edit a working set, using IE6/7 none of the available fact types show up. They are present in the DOM but do not display on screen properly. The workaround is to use the Firefox web browser.
