Tries to download : [INFO] snapshot org.apache.commons:commons-cli:2.0-SNAPSHOT
that can't be found on any repository JBoss not even on https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/ repository

Release branches, such as 5.1.x, shouldn't depend on SNAPSHOT versions of dependencies such as commons-cli.

In the parent pom.xml, the commons-cli dependency should be set to version 2.0 if that version is already released.

Process is part of flow (now jBPM 5). I know to little of jBPM at the moment where and how cli is used in there.

Wrote the ticket opener.  If this issue is on behalf of a supported customer, I'll re-open the issue when the support ticket comes in.
