Steps to Reproduce: Ask a user to implement a Rules flow.  It's likely they'll have some questions.

Our product documentation says next to nothing about Drools flow.  This is a topic that is of high interest to our customers, and is a supported feature, so it results in a lot of preventable tickets.  Please document usage of Flows to allow us to use our resources where they are needed.
