Description of problem:
The cups-pk-helper-mechanism executable segfaults if it cannot connect to CUPS.

cups-pk-helper-0.1.2-1.fc15

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Stop cups
2.Run /usr/libexec/cups-pk-helper-mechanism by hand or from D-Bus
  
Actual results:
It crashes.
