Description Pedro Soria-Rodriguez 2002-08-24 15:51:36 UTC
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020722

Description of problem:
There are many messages shown to the user that are displayed in English instead
of Spanish (in an (null) install that was done in Spanish and with Spanish as
the chosen language for a gnome session).

For example, the "tool tips" (those pop-up square boxes with a description) that
pop-up when the mouse hovers over the icons along the bottom toolbar in Gnome
are not translated. The icons for OpenOffice applications display the
description of those apps in English. So does the text for Evolution and Mozilla.

bugzilla is a task tracker, so closing this bug as addressing it is an ongoing
process instead of a specific task.

The strings that are in English are all available for translation to my knowledge.
The panel icon strings are on i18n.redhat.com in the redhat-menus module.
