For successful system registration against katello, subscription-manager-0.96.5-1.el6 and python-rhsm-0.96.8-1.el6 or higher are needed. This version of subscription-manager should take --org options for specifying organization to be used for registering. Actually, I have the last version available on RHN RHEL6 channel and don't have --org option: subscription-manager-0.95.17-1.el6_1.x86_64 and last version of python available from epel6: python-rhsm-0.96.2-1.el6.noarch Are we planning to support this on RHEL 6.1? Is there any new RPM ? Thanks @inecas: yum -y install tito gcc git clone git://git.fedorahosted.org/subscription-manager.git pushd subscription-manager tito build --srpm yum-builddep -y /tmp/tito/subscription-manager*src.rpm tito build --rpm yum -y install --nogpgcheck /tmp/tito/x86_64/subscription-manager*.rpm popd git clone git://git.fedorahosted.org/python-rhsm.git pushd python-rhsm tito build --srpm yum-builddep -y /tmp/tito/python-rhsm*src.rpm tito build --rpm yum -y install --nogpgcheck /tmp/tito/noarch/python-rhsm*.rpm popd Temporarily, one from brew can be used: https://brewweb.devel.redhat.com/packageinfo?packageID=19375 https://brewweb.devel.redhat.com/packageinfo?packageID=30891 It should get to RHEL6.1 channel later (probably after 6.2 release) |
