From the backtrace you attached, I suspect that jack is not configured properly. Did you follow
   /usr/share/doc/jack-audio-connection-kit-1.9.7/README.Fedora

I am starting to now.  Since my son set up pulseaudio for me to start with jackd on start up, I am using that as well.  I did the first step of adding username to the jackuser group and I will see if that helps.  I'll let you know if I still get crashes in the future.
