Description of problem: The PNG graph shows 101 as the top value.

How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable Flash plugin in Firefox.
2. Log in to Cumin.
3. Go to Inventory and open one of the machines.

Actual results: PNG graph shows 101 as the top value.

Expected results: Like in Flash graph, it should be 100.

This has been addressed as of revision 5040 on trunk.

We are now limiting the png max y-value to 100 when it is displaying a percentage chart.

Setting skip-errata since this is purely a cosmetic change.

Verification:
1. Disable Flash plugin in Firefox.
2. Log in to Cumin.
3. Go to Inventory and open one of the machines.
4. At memory usage graph (shows percent free memory) select '1 day'
5. Graph shows: 0, 33, 67, 100 %

Verified on RHEL5/RHEL6, i386/x86_64
