The %prep section of sugar-speak.spec for the RPM has the following: %prep %setup -q -n Speak.activity rm -rf .0sugar bot Are we intentionally removing this support, although in an awkward manner? This message is a notice that Fedora 15 is now at end of life. Fedora has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 15. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At this time, all open bugs with a Fedora 'version' of '15' have been closed as WONTFIX. (Please note: Our normal process is to give advanced warning of this occurring, but we forgot to do that. A thousand apologies.) Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, feel free to reopen this bug and simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version. Description of problem: Sugar-speak's 'Ask any Question' mode does not work in Fedora 15. This may be due to a missing dependency or files. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): sugar-speak-28-1 and 29-1 were looked at. How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Sugar-Speak 2. Switch to the "Ask any question mode". Note no introduction prompt is heard. 3. Attempt to ask a question in the main typing area. Actual results: You will be told that the system is unable to understand your question. There is also an exception starting up the engine: /usr/share/sugar/activities/Speak.activity/activity.py:232: PangoWarning: pango_layout_get_cursor_pos: assertion `index >= 0 && index <= layout->leng th' failed pos = layout.get_cursor_pos(index) Best voice for LANG en_US.utf8 seems to be en-us English (USA) Loading brain from bot/sara.brn...
