Description of problem:

(I think) With the shift to systemd, mysqld is now started by default on new installs because systemd uses the "Default-Start" lines.  Please remove the Default-Start line in the mysqld init script.

Hm?  Those were removed some time ago.  See bug #717024

Sorry about that, apparently my installs are not picking up updates for some reason.
