When one tries to report a kernel oops, sending the report fails with

workaround:

edit /etc/libreport/events.d/koops_event.conf and change:

EVENT=report_Kerneloops analyzer=Kerneloops abrt-action-kerneloops

to 

EVENT=report_Kerneloops analyzer=Kerneloops reporter-kerneloops
