lock button disappear

Description of problem:
TUI: Lock button will disappear after enable ssh password authentication in rescue mode.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhev-hypervisor-6.2-0.7.el6

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Auto install rhev-hypervisor-6.2-0.7.el6 with "storage_init=/dev/sda storage_vol=500:500:500:500:500:500 local_boot firstboot".
2. Add "rescue" in grub.
3. Run "ovirt-config-password" in /usr/libexec, set passwd and enable SSH password authentication.
4. Re-login RHEVH with admin user.
5. <Lock> button is disappear in status page.
  
Actual results:
<Lock> button is disappear in status page.

Expected results:
Lock button can show after enable ssh password authentication.

Which password did you use? It wasn't set with adminpw and o-c-password changes only root's password, so admin should've been left locked.

o-c-setup no longer runs in  single/rescue mode so not an issue anymore

From previous comments on this bz, we need a way to set the admin user password from a single user or rescue environment.

Patch modifies the ovirt-config-password script to add an option for configuring the admin user.  The script will remain out of the default path.

Testing:  
configure admin password using the script
configure root password with script
configure both passwords with script
