Heya, would be nice if this fix could be added to the f16 kernel soon:

It's already in linux-next and fixes udev removal events for these fb devices. It's also quite a trivial patch, so I'd really like to see this applied on the f16 kernel too.

The new multi-seat stuff primarily focusses on this driver, so it would be really good to have this.

I've started a build that has this patch in it.  Will submit an update now that we're branched when it's finished.

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing kernel-3.0.0-2.fc16'
as soon as you are able to, then reboot.
