Perhaps you could try update the kernel, eventually try compat-wireless-next packages from http://people.redhat.com/sgruszka/compact_wireless.html (or installed from tgz source). Description of problem: the When I upload in my lan big files (>200Mb) upload starts, with a 700k/s up to 1mb/s rate for a few seconds, sometimes even half a minute, and th en dies (load drops to 0 and even though wlan0 is up, routes are lost).
