Description of problem:

In previous releases (some long time ago) the test plan which show on the home page were filtered by the Active field. At present they are not. The webUI is showing all test plans that I've created and managed over time. It makes it hard to find ones that are still active. 


IMHO it's best to make this a profile setting or even better make it possible the user to specify a search/query which will show only the test plans they are interested in.
