Description Andre Costa 2011-07-28 14:46:09 UTC
Description of problem:
If you leave rhythmbox playing, the current song title displayed by the applet is not updated unless the song is skipped forward/backwards using applet's controls. Also, volume slider starts at 0 and also isn't affected by external changes.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-shell-extension-mediaplayers-0.1.git259f96e.fc15

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login to gnome-shell
2. choose rhythmbox as default player (see bug 722818)
3. start playing songs

Actual results:
When the next song starts playing, song title on the applet is not updated. Neither is the volume if it's changed externally.

Expected results:
Song title should always display the current song title, and volume should reflect external changes.
