Description of problem:
Customer read install guide [1] section 2.2.1 step 4 and thought that unzipping the plugins anywhere actually installed them - as the step 4 title says. That section needs to be more complete and reference installing the plugins via the GUI [2] or via the README.txt file that is in the plugin bundle JAR file. It could be that the document is trying to differentiate between "installing" the plugin and "deploying" the plugin. If so, that probably needs to be more clear and mention that the plugins also need to be "deployed" and reference that area of the docs.

I did two things.

First, I tried to make the process more clear as part of the server install (step 4):

And I added a procedure for post-server install:
