The wso2-axis2 & wso2-axis2-devel packages will need to be updated with a new patch posted upstream at:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2C-1556

This patch extends the incomplete stream capabilities so that Aviary can use an ordinary HTTP SOAP receiver with an SSL stream.

QE should regression test for non-SSL case

I've tested API over ssl and non-ssl by examples in condor-aviary package.
Tested on RHEL 5.7/6.2 x x86_64/i386 with condor-7.6.5-0.5 and it works. -->VERIFIED
