Description of problem: The scale of printing in firefox is 150.0% by default. So we have to change it back to 100% every time we want to print something.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open firefox
2. Open any webpage
3. Goto print dialog
4. Goto Page Setup tab
5. Check the scale value
  
Actual results:
150.0%

Expected results:
100%

Issue got fixed in some release in between.
