This came after Bug 726701 - a slowpath warning which tainted the kernel.

In the dmesg attached there I noticed that it all came after:
Kernel-defined memdesc doesn't match the one from EFI!

Seems to be solved with kernel-PAE-3.1.0-5.fc16.i686
