Description of problem:

This issue has been resolved in upstream mod_wsgi.  See BZ: 726096.

Let's cherry-pick the commit into our patched version of mod_wsgi.

Backported the patch to our mod_wsgi build and committed to pulp:

You should no longer see this exception in the Apache error log on apache restart/shutdown.
