Patch to fix the problem

Description of problem:
After doing some tests, I found that rpcbind is not dropping supplemental groups when it probably should.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.2.0

How reproducible:
service rpcbind restart
cat /proc/<pid>/status | grep 'Groups'

Because if you don't drop the supplemental groups, the program has the ability to write to any file that is group root writable or read any file with group root. Since it changed uid/gid, its clear that the intent was to drop any and all privileges.
