Description of problem:
no prompt when set password with numbers only, e.g: 5859704, 274663

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhev-hypervisor-6.2-09.el6

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 Make sure you have installed rhev-hypervisor
2 set password with some irregular number only

Actual results:
you can set the password successful some irregular number only, but there is no tip to inform the user have provided a weak password.

Expected results:
you can set the password successful with number only, but there should a tip to inform the user have provided a weak password.strong password contain a mix of uppercase,lowercase......

We're using standard cracklib.FascistCheck, numbers you provided are actually good passwords :)
