Description Kamil Páral 2011-08-01 13:54:42 UTC
Description of problem:
These are current requirements of stardict-dic-cs_CZ:

# rpm -q --requires stardict-dic-cs_CZ
rpmlib(CompressedFileNames) <= 3.0.4-1
rpmlib(FileDigests) <= 4.6.0-1
rpmlib(PayloadFilesHavePrefix) <= 4.0-1
stardict >= 2
rpmlib(PayloadIsXz) <= 5.2-1

It requires stardict package. But that is not needed. I use this dictionary files with goldendict and it works well. I'd like to uninstall stardict, but I can't, because of these dependencies.

Please remove "stardict" dependency from this package. Why would a data file need the program to operate? Especially when the data file can be accessed from different programs.

Thanks.
