The rpm packages' History time record is not correct.
The first time record will always same with the last one.

Such as:
1. I uploaded a rpm package to catalog at 2011-08-02 05:03 EST , then the History of this package will be:
History: 	2011-08-02 05:03 EST - yxue attached this package.

2. I mark it as reviewed at 2011-08-02 05:04 EST , then the Histroy become :
History: 	2011-08-02 05:04 EST - yxue attached this package.
		2011-08-02 05:04 EST - yxue marked package as reviewed.
You see , the first update's time record is become same with second update's record. 
		
3.If i uncheck the Leave as Reviewed at 2011-08-02 05:08 EST: 
History: 	2011-08-02 05:08 EST - yxue attached this package.
		2011-08-02 05:04 EST - yxue marked package as reviewed.
		2011-08-02 05:08 EST - yxue reset package. 
The first time record change again.
		
4. Then mark it again at 2011-08-02 05:09 EST:
History: 	2011-08-02 05:09 EST - yxue attached this package.
		2011-08-02 05:04 EST - yxue marked package as reviewed.
		2011-08-02 05:08 EST - yxue reset package.
		2011-08-02 05:09 EST - yxue marked package as reviewed.
And again.

already deleted the unnecessary libs and comments, and tested it in my own box, included: upload new result package, check/uncheck the "Mark as Reviewed" box, provided revised script
