This is a request to allow snapshot based builds for VMware and RHEV providers.

The reason behind the request is to reduce the amount of bits needing to be copied to the provider for image building and also to get around the fact that image-factory might be running on a host that does not have HVM enabled hardware (such as a virtual machine).

I believe this is already on our roadmap.
