Description of problem:

Navigating to Drift->Change Sets tab in resources (Ex: Platform) displays the error 'Failed to load drift change set tree' in UI.

Also clicking on the 'Refresh' button on Drift->Change Sets tab displays the same error.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to RHQ
2. Navigate to the 'Inventory->Platforms'
3. Click on an inventoried platform
4. Click on the 'Drifts' tab of the platform resource.
5. (It navigates to the 'Drift->Change Sets' tab and displays the error)
6. Click on the 'Refresh' button at the bottom on the 'Drift->Change Sets' tab.
  
Actual results:

It displays error 'Failed to load drift change set tree' in UI.

Expected results:

No error should be displayed.
