Over time, a number of instance-specific "template"-type files wound up being associated with an instance rather than being consolidated to a common area (e. g. - tomcat6.conf).

These types of files should be reviewed and consolidated to a common area to assist in future maintenance of these files (e. g. - Tomcat-based configuration files could certainly be relocated to a "pki-common" component area).
