Description of problem:

The current policy guide describes MRG Realtime certification as being
configuration specific.  This change request is to update this policy to be
more in line with the RHEL policy of being model specific.

Additional info:

This is a place holder bug to record the policy change.  Additional review with
the MRG Realtime team has already occurred determining the specifics of what
changes are required to ensure is reasonable/possible.
