Probably not quite bugzilla itself so much as the web page that calls it. The web page of interest is... http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/query.cgi?GoAheadAndLogIn=1 ...and near the bottom, one notes a box labelled "Bugzilla options". One of the options in this box is labelled... Create a new bug ...and surely this should read... Create a new bug report instead ...instead - or are users expected to be able to put bugs in the software by clicking on this link?
