Description of problem:
Would be nice to have something like TCMS-lite UI for users that are not aware of TCMS. I assume it will be used during out community testing efforts. I'm not sure how big invention it can take in current source code. So let me know if it is completely nonsense. Otherwise we can define our requirements.

we have no strategy to keep another lite UI for out source.
If you have any other requirement, please raise bug on detailed requirement.
