In v7 1.3, v7 save command would still run succeeded even if no test were executed before. This issue has been fixed in v7 1.4. Now v7 save command will give an error message indicating that no test has been exeuted yet and there is no test result to be saved.

Description of problem:

The v7 save command will attempt to save current results when there are no test runs

Steps to Reproduce:
1. v7 clean
2. v7 plan
3. v7 save
  
Actual results:

Saves empty results file


Expected results:

Should give error message.

Reproduced in v7-1.4-16.el6.noarch and verified in v7-1.4-18.el6.noarch.
