Can commit a6b5ea353845b3f3d9ac4317c0b3be9cc37c259b from the kernel repository be applied to the Fedora 14 releases? Impact is small - igb driver only. Risk is low. Impact is a pain - guest is allowed to reset mac address assigned by the host OS.

never mind. I just tried patching the driver in 2.6.35.14-95.fc14.x86_64 and that patch alone is not enough to fix the problem.
