Description of problem:
The print plan button should print what is currently displayed. If you have applied a filter that should be respected so that the output is the same as displayed. Currently print plan seems to be hard coded to print all cases that are either proposed or confirmed even if you want something different.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a plan that includes all states of test cases
2. Go to the cases tab and see what is displayed by default (confirmed)
3. Select print plan
  
Actual results:
All cases in either confirmed or proposed are displayed in print format.

Expected results:
Only what was listed should be displayed in print format.

Should also respect the order already selected in the display.
