Description of problem:
When you click on the ID header to sort a list of cases the content of the listing changes.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a plan with test cases of all states (confirmed thru disabled)
2. Go to cases tab and notice the listing includes confirmed cases.
3. Click the ID header to sort on ID and notice that the listing now includes proposed and disabled as well.
  
Actual results:
Extra test cases displayed when sort on ID is selected.

Expected results:
Only a reorder of existing displayed test cases.
