It was decided that 4.1 would be something like a preview release with 3.7 being the main thrust of the June 2011 release (aka Indigo).  Our plan is to have 4.2 in Fedora 17 (even if we have to ship a release candidate).

Eclipse releases one major version a year and we're well aware of the dates.
