Description of problem:
current fc16 octave fails to build octave-optim with the following message:

This was already fixed some weeks ago in 3.4.2-2, which should have hit the stable repo in the last push.

Actually, this was my mistake, I had accidentally tagged -1 not -2 in the last override.
