Description of problem:
SNMP ICMP Counter do not increased when test
"ICMP Statistics icmpStatsInMsgs Counter Check"

The ICMP Statistics icmpStatsInMsgs Counter should increase according to the test specification.

Additional info:
I downgrade packages and it passed. So it's a regression bug.
