Description of problem:
When other then hunspell-en package installed, for example hunspell-nl in my case, it will get 755 rights instead of 644.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install hunspell-en and cpnfirm that all en_* are installed with 644
2. install hunspell-nl and confirm then all nl_* are having 755

these ones shouldn't be +x. 

Its no biggy however, so will do for rawhide

done for hunspell-nl with 2.00-4 and various other ones too
