Description of problem:

LabController/proxy/src/bkr/labcontroller/default.conf

has

PROXY_PID_FILE = "/var/run/beaker-proxy.pid"

And it should have

PROXY_PID_FILE = "/var/run/beaker-lab-controller/beaker-proxy.pid""
