Description of problem:
system-config-language the language list is not fully localized.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install fedora 16 Nightly in Simplified Chinese from
http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/stage/f16-translation/
2. Run system-config-language in Terminal
  
Actual results:
The language list is not fully localized.

Expected results:
it should be fully localized

The strings are translated. You may see it from here[1].
Seems that they didn't pull the latest translation to system-config-language.
We'd better contact the maintainer or developer for some information.
