Cause: Matahari broker federation could only be configured statically.
Consequence: Dynamic configuration of Matahari broker federation was not possible.
Change: The Matahari broker now supports querying DNS SRV to find a broker to federate with.
Result: Dynamic configuration of Matahari broker federation is now supported.
