Description of problem:
When there is an app error. There should be an page saying "Operation couldn;t be performed, please contact XYZ ..." It should also let me log out and log back in (so if its some sort of user Session login cookie issue, I wouldn't have to worry about it).

At present it just shows the stack trace on the screen.

Was wondering how I was going to trigger this, but figured it was only a matter of time.  Not a knock on developers.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
