In Section 6 (just above 6.1) in:

there is a reference to the rhns-sat-tools package.

In Section 6.2.3 of the Guide there is a reference to the
rhns-satellite-tools.

I believe both names refer to the same set of tools now provided by or
at least now called:

spacewalk-backend-tools 

The rhns-sat-tools and rhns-satellite-tools package names were used in earlier versions of RHN Satellite.
