Description of problem:

Pcre is an odd package, has userspace tools, libs and friends but should this be broken up into 3 different packages ?

Should it also have a autotools .pc file included in the package ?

Name        : pcre
Version     : 8.12
Release     : 3.fc15


Expected results:

pcre-libs.rpm <- containing libs
pcre-tools.rpm <- containing the /usr/bin stuff ?

Possible addition of pkg-config "pc" style file so it can be picked up in config.

Additional info:

I know this functionality overlaps a little with pcre-config.  And maybe splitting it up into two packages isnt worth it.  Totally your call.

The /usr/bin applications have been sub-packaged in F17.
